Payment Options: Since this is a true prepaid plan, there is no "monthly bill" for basic service. You simply refill online with a credit or debit card or purchase a refill card at a retail location in Greece.

How do people reach me?
See the dialing format for calls to a cell phone: 011 + 30 + 6?? ??? ????. The call will be billed to them at their local rates. They are placing a call to Greece. You have free incoming calls in Greece.
How do I make calls?
To place a call back home: dial the international country followed by the area code and the seven (7) digits of the number you wish call. The “+” sign should be used to substitute for the international country code where this is not known. e.g. +1–703-953-4567.
How do I check my balance?
To check your remaining credit, you can call from your mobile phone number 401002 and then select, in the main menu, the "credit check" and a voice will tell you the amount of your remaining credit or enter the code * 5002 #, press the call button and it will be displayed on the phone the amount of your remaining credit.
Refill Procedure:
After purchasing the recharge, you can activate it by calling from your mobile phone number 1314, or 697 100 1314 from a landline or from abroad) and follow the instructions of the interactive menu. You may also send an sms with ANA and the 16 digit code written on the renewal card to 1314. Balance is valid 12 months.

Your Cosmote Greece SIM card is good for one year. Each recharge extends the life of your SIM card for one year from the date of the recharge. If one year lapses then your SIM card and phone number will expire.
