Base Plans renew every 30 days
The Base Plan is the foundation on which your Koodo service is built. You need a Base plan to get you rolling. Base plans support local calling only and require a Canada Wide Talk Booster for long distance or International calling. It is important to note that once the line is activated, the sim and mobile number stay together for 120 days. You can return to Canada within 120 days of activation, topup your line and continue service with the same mobile number.
It is important to note that Koodo operates 3G, 4G, LTE networks only, so older technology phones will not work on the Koodo Network.

How it Works

1. Order Sim only or one of our convenient bundles and advise us your arrival date Canada.
2. We will activate the line just before your arrival and advise your mobile number.
3. Arrive the Canada. Insert the sim. Power cycle the the phone.
4. Set the APN per the enclosed instructions.
